Charlotte was extremely competent and professional in all of her dealings with Puppy School Atherstone. She was well organised and structured in her approach, took feedback onboard positively and any requests or queries were dealt with promptly.
She liaised well with my owners and was well-liked by all. We are very pleased with the final videos and are impressed with the amount of effort and hard work that Charlotte has invested into the project.
