Things to make client aware of;
1 - Promotional video is optional
2 - Do not have to use footage produced
3 - Video length is decided by them
4- They get to create / chose idea for final product
5 - Communication with client will be documented
6 - Consent forms will be given to anyone involved
7 - Risk assessment will be carried out to protect the health and safety of anyone involved
8 - I will keep client informed of any updates and progress
9 - Final questionnaire will be given to asses performance
